Job Description:
Responsible for implementing an integrated framework for managing risk through the discipline of "Knowing your Business." Primarily responsible for establishing standards and oversight for Process Leaders/Owners to truly know their processes, their risks, and the associated control environment. Develops requirements for executing Process Management within the risk management system-of-record. Promotes a process management mindset to support the effective management of risk. Enables prioritization of process management activity across business units through a risk-based lens.
Responsibilities
- Identify existing process inventory and/or support documentation of process inventory. Provide complete and accurate information for foundational required data inputs. Ensure complete and accurate risk and control information. Support maintenance of process, risk and control inventory.
- Develops relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including internal team, cross functional work team, project steering committee, and support functions.
- Develops and communications project schedules and tools. Leads updates and presentations.
- Collaborates with team members to understand risk and business needs. Conducts analyses of current state, drive root-cause analyses, develops insights, identify solutions, designs future states and delivers solutions with sustainable results.
- Adherence and adoption of non-financial risk frameworks and methodologies, including metrics and formalized governance routines to monitor operating effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in process improvement in business operations, industrial engineering; internal/in-house or consulting or operational support capacity or related with some experience in financial services and/or consumer-centric fields.
- 4+ years of experience planning/executing cross-functional projects.
- In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in process improvement in business operations, industrial engineering; internal/in-house or consulting or operational support capacity or related with some experience in financial services and/or consumer-centric fields.
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in business administration/management.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
