The Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Content & Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Working directly with the VP Marketing, you will play a pivotal role to execute on our mission of making equitable cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment accessible for all. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for changing the way patients experience healthcare delivery and a commitment to making a real difference in the fight against cancer. You will play a pivotal role in multiple areas of content and event marketing, gaining valuable experience across the marketing flywheel while developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing our CRM (HubSpot) including: sales enablement content, website, landing pages, and marketing workflows.
  • Conceptualize, write, and design content for a B2B social media audience.
  • Create and execute marketing and sales email campaign.
  • Cut, edit, categorize, and market an extensive video library of customer testimonials.
  • Design and maintain landing pages and forms in Hubspot to distribute content and generate leads.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of conference and in-person event marketing strategies, including booth setup, lead generation workflows, and promotional activities.
  • Produce product videos and website copy to clearly articulate the benefits and use cases of CancerIQ products, and create sales collateral to support the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preference for Marketing & Communications majors, but if you have ample internship or professional experience in this field and an unrelated major, don’t let this discourage you!)
  • At minimum 1-2 years of experience B2B marketing with a track record of driving top-of-funnel lead generation, preferably in SaaS, or healthcare technology.
  • Fluency in: video editing, CRM management (HubSpot preferred), social media, content strategy, graphic design tools (Canva, etc).
  • A strong sense of prioritization and time management.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, particularly Hubspot; Hubspot Certification in Inbound Marketing and Sales Enablement is preferred.
  • Ability to learn complex products targeting multiple user and buyer personas and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
